Nursing care

You can book an appointment for nursing care on 087/30.60.90. At the centre: Monday to Friday, by appointment only.

Home visits for patients who are unable to travel: 7 days a week: in the mornings (and in the evenings for certain specific treatments).

To receive care from our team, you must be a registered patient at the medical center. Our nurses provide care on medical prescription at each of our three centers or at home:

  • Medication management
  • Injections
  • Pre/post-operative care
  • Dressings and wound care
  • Hygiene care
  • Palliative care
  • …

How home nursing care is organized

Only patients who are physically unable to come to one of our centers can receive home visits from a nurse.

Our home care nurses are available to provide the best possible care for your needs. Taking into account geographical constraints and the patient’s level of dependency, we will do everything we can to organize the day’s care as efficiently as possible.

What do I need to prepare for my care?

Before your first appointment at the center or the nurse’s first visit to your home, you must drop off your nursing care prescription at the reception desk or call the medical center on 087/30.60.90.

You will need to get the supplies required for your care yourself: compresses, dressings, bandages, disinfectant, ointments,… as prescribed by your doctor. The nurse has the specific sterile instruments needed for the care (tweezers, suture scissors…).

Partenariat
